My other 2 goals, I am meeting/exceeding! One of them is doing your workouts 3 times a week and I AM OBSESSED. They are so good and I love the circuits because I don't get bored. I seriously feel the difference after 2.5 weeks of doing them and I cannot wait to keep it up. I can feel my lower body getting stronger and I don't feel the pulling in my knee when I run like I normally do!

For me the biggest breakthrough was learning that I’ve been chronically underfeeding myself. I’m so much more motivated to make full meals and fuel my body! "I didn’t really know how to eat healthy. After wasting my time in the gym (I didn’t eat healthy) I started watching fit girls/athletes on YouTube. They were talking about macros etc, but I still didn’t understand what I should do and how to achieve it. It was so overwhelming that I just gave up on my whole “fitness journey”. Because of this course I didn’t just learn what macros are but other REALLY important info as well to send you in the right direction off your fitness journey. Katie is a big sweetheart. She gave us the opportunity to ask ALL of our questions. She took her time and gave an explanation instead of yes or no as answer. When Katie said “ask your questions I’m all ears” she really meant the “I’m all ears” thing. We received not only a nutrition guide but a home and gym fitness guide as well with AMAZING workouts. "Your workouts are killer! I've been going to the gym rather consistently for about three years now. But my only workout guidance was myself and the exercises I did were ones I learned in college/from my dad growing up. The leg days you wrote so far have been my favorite! I love training legs and I've found you incorporate a lot of exercises I would typically avoid because I thought they were boring. I'm always a sweaty baby giraffe walking out of the gym after."

Just wanted to let you know that I am amazed by everything in the NCA. This is the first time I’ve ever seen someone concentrating on small steps, small changes and how to change your whole lifestyle without mentioning any empty words that don’t mean a thing or promising fast results. You are teaching us how to take control of our lives and how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle, it’s amazing how much I’ve improved my thoughts about food, diet, and working out. I’m not focused on getting to the “after” pic as fast as I can. Every day counts. Thank you so much!
